HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests,
As hosts, our desire is to provide you with an exceptional experience in terms of cleanliness, safety and comfort.
This document aims to stabilize the conditions of stay of tourists within the My Hotel Apartments accommodation units, by developing some rules of conduct that support our guests.
These rules have been stabilized based on industry standards, based on our internal procedures and experience in the hotel industry. They will be considered accepted by our guests upon booking, and by signing the registration form at check-in, all policies and conditions of this regulation are accepted and respected.
The house rules may change at any time. They are displayed at the hotel reception and will be updated on the website www.myhotelapartments.ro.
In order to be able to fulfill the objectives regarding the safety and comfort of the guests, so that they return to us with pleasure every time, please respect the following internal rules of order.
Tourist / Guest is any person who benefits from any service provided by My Hotel Apartments
Accommodation is made at the reception, presenting the identity document for the electronic registration intended for guests, completing all documents according to the law, in order to issue the key/access card for the reserved room;
Payment for the accommodation services is made at the latest at the reception, in the next, respectively, of the accommodation procedure. From the moment of taking over the key/access card from the reception, until its release, the tourist is responsible for the reserved room;
Visitors are not allowed to tourists staying in the hotel, they must be announced at the reception, but they will not be able to go up to the room. (the quality of our services, cleanliness and protection of the goods depends on this fact)
Any accident resulting from the use in case of non-compliance with these regulations is the tourist's responsibility. It is financially liable for the damage and/or destruction of equipment, furniture, technical devices belonging to the hotel, due to its fault or that of its visitors.
Accommodation of minors up to 14 years of age is allowed only if they are accompanied by parents or legal representatives, except for those on hikes, camps, excursions, competitions or other similar actions, accompanied by teachers, coaches and guides from the organizers of the respective actions. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 can be accommodated only with the consent/agreement of the legal guardian, which will be presented at the hotel reception.
Any accident resulting from the careless supervision of children in the rooms or public areas of the hotel is the responsibility of the attendant(s);
The hotel is exempt from any liability in the event of an incident involving vehicles in the parking lot;
The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide hotel services to tourists who disturb the peaceful stay of other guests;
The hotel accepts guests traveling with pets in dedicated rooms. Only one pet is allowed per room, at the guest's expense, and the guest is responsible for any damage caused by his or her pet. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas. For hygiene reasons, a fee of 500 RON/stay is charged;
Tourists staying at My Hotel Apartments are informed about the processing of their personal data when signing the accommodation registration form, in accordance with General Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.
The following are prohibited/forbidden in the hotel:
accommodation of tourists in a state of intoxication, of those who have inappropriate behavior or indecent / offensive language towards both hotel employees and other guests;
smoking and vaping (electronic cigarette) in the rooms and in all hotel spaces, according to Law no. 349/2002 on the prevention and combating the effects of tobacco consumption (updated). Violation of this prohibition results in the refusal of the provision of hotel services, the cancellation of the contracted services and the payment of an amount of 500 lei as a cleaning fee.
the introduction and/or use of easily flammable materials or large electrical consumers.
the use of high-volume audio systems in the hotel;
the use of room inventory for purposes other than those for which it was intended. Tourists will not use towels for: wiping dyed hair, removing makeup, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. Towels are for body use only;
using and/or storing weapons, edged weapons or substances prohibited by law in the hotel;
consuming or selling hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances in the hotel, these are punishable according to the laws in force;
accessing the annexed spaces intended for hotel staff (warehouses, offices, etc.);
leaving luggage or other objects unattended in the hallway or lobby;
Our guests have the following obligations:
not to take (appropriate) upon departure any object from the hotel's equipment and/or that does not belong to them (towels, linen, decorative objects, etc.);
not to damage the objects from the hotel's equipment, otherwise, they owe the hotel an amount equal to the value of the damaged object plus the related labor;
to use the rooms reserved by them and the common areas of the hotel and not to enter other rooms or areas with access prohibited for tourists;
not to leave children unattended;
to respect the maximum number of people allowed in the elevators and not to leave minor children alone in the elevator;
to report as soon as possible any malfunction of the equipment or installations in the hotel;
to respect and maintain peace in the hotel, to behave appropriately towards other hotel guests;
Failure to comply with these internal regulations entitles the hotel to request the assistance of the competent bodies, in order to establish peace and order in the hotel and to sanction by canceling the reservation and/or charging for any damages caused.
At the same time, the hotel reserves the right to select its guests, being entitled, in the future, to refuse accommodation to persons who have violated any of the conditions of these regulations during the previous stay.
The house rules are constantly changing and adapting to the legislation, the recommendations of tourists, employees and collaborators, so as to offer maximum guarantee and safety to all people who enter the hotel.
We assure you of our full concern for your safety and comfort.
Please note that we have 2 accommodation structures (25 rooms and apartments) on the same street, 700 meters apart. Check the location where you made the reservation.
