RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
RESERVATIONS
-RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- The reservation is guaranteed after full payment.
- Reservations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check the number of people who can stay in a room/apartment
- Family apartments are exclusively for families with children.
- Pet friendly apartments have an additional cleaning cost of 500 RON.
CANCELLATIONS
For individual reservations, guaranteed or prepaid:
The cancellation deadline for a reservation, without penalty, is 2 hours after making the reservation.
The advance payment is refunded within 30 days of the cancellation request. In case of cancellation and refund of the advance payment, we will charge a handling fee of 200 RON, plus bank fees.
For cancellations made more than 2 hours after booking, or in case of no-show after 22:00 on the day of arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to release the room/rooms for the rest of the stay.

Accommodation will be made based on the presentation of an identity document, the voucher (in the case of tourists with a stay ordered at a travel agency) and the completion of the accommodation form.·
The allocation of rooms is made based on availability on the day of check-in. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific room, a specific floor, adjoining rooms, etc. Requests of this kind are considered preferences of tourists that we try to satisfy within the limits of availability, being excluded the guarantee.
The rates presented on the site are at least 15% lower than the booking platforms. For the lowest rate, please make your reservation on the official website or send your request by e-mail to myhotelapartments@gmail.com
The rates differ depending on the period and the type of room you choose.
The hotel accepts payment in cash (Lei), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfer.
Parking is possible on the property, around the building. Parking is at your own risk. No reservation is made for parking. Although we take all precautions, we do not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage to the surface of our property.
We do not assume any responsibility for objects forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen within the property, the hotel.
Pets are allowed in dedicated rooms – additional charge is applied
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to drunk, rude or turbulent guests whose behavior harms the image of the hotel or disturbs other guests
It is forbidden to throw garbage of any kind, including cigarette butts, in any place other than trash cans or ashtrays. It is also forbidden to light fires of any kind.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms or public areas.
For special offers, the Terms and Conditions may be modified as appropriate. The terms presented in the offers cancel the terms and conditions mentioned above as appropriate.
In case of failure to comply with one or more restrictions in these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to act according to the law for violating private property or its internal rules.
